Every day is a little different!
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Assist residents with requests and questions.
- Coordinate dining reservations and guest suite bookings.
- Process mail and deliveries.
- Prepare notices, spreadsheets, and office documents.
- Enter maintenance work orders.
- Support various administrative projects.
- Help keep our front office running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service.
- Loves helping people.
- Enjoys working independently while staying busy.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organized and detail-oriented.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Can multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of office or administrative experience preferred.
- Valid Maine driver's license.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within six months).
