Caring Hearts Childcare Center in Maine is seeking a Lead Teacher for our founding nonprofit team. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers $21–$24 per hour and the chance to help shape our culture, classrooms, and educational practices from the ground up.
You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, plan developmentally appropriate experiences, support children's growth, and partner with families. Background checks, CPR/First Aid, and a CDA/Associate degree are required.
