Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic education expertwho is passionate about early childhood education.
To beQUALIFIED for this position, werequirean associate in early childhood education OR at least 21 early childhood education credit hours + completion of a business administration courseandpreviousexperience working in a licensed childcare facility as a Lead Teacher.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday,Full-time
Compensation:$19/hour,based on education and experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Program development and Teacher interaction development
- Review classroom interactions, behaviors, routines toidentifydevelopment needs andprovidesupport per CD.
- Identify training/resource needs in areas of program, sanitation, regulatory compliance with CD andprovidehands on support where needed or requested.
- Assist CD with special projects and classroom environments
- Lesson Planning and Program development
- Incorporate developmentalobjectivesinto LP's and oversee modification requests of staff.
- Integrate activities and developmental goals into Tadpole system and Daily Reports.
- Classroom Observations and Maintenance
- Conduct classroom observations as needed or requested by CD using current monthly observation forms.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
