Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide care for patients/residents with a variety of complex diagnoses, developing comprehensive care plans and ensuring quality outcomes.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals, implementing interventions as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure proper implementation of tasks and interventions.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Base Rate: $40/hour to $47.50/hour PLUS up to $6.50 in shift differential depending on shift.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
