We're looking for a driven and caring Registered Nurse to work in a Healthcare/ Rehabilitation Facility and join our skilled nursing team. Experience with completion/submission of MDS assessments to CMS and care planning is required.
Responsibilities- The Nurse Manager assists in the organization, development, management and administration of day-to-day nursing activities.
- Remains active in department activities, interdisciplinary team activities, and activities to ensure individualized, patient-centered health care for all patient populations.
- Bachelor’s degree in an approved Registered Nurse program.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state where practicing is required.
- Current BLS certification.
