We’re looking for a personable and professional Server who takes pride in hospitality and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Whipple Farm shifts are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Additional server opportunities are also available throughout the Ocean View campus.

As a Server at Whipple Farm, you provide elevated, attentive service in a refined yet welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Presenting menus, answering questions, and making thoughtful food and wine pairing suggestions.
• Delivering a high level of hospitality and fine dining service.
• Preparing and setting up the dining room in a clean, sanitary, and timely manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout service, including side work and workstation sanitation.
• Supporting catering and small special events as needed.
• Assisting with stocking, proper food storage (FIFO), labeling, and light dishwashing duties.
• Observing resident wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately.
• Following Serv Safe, HACCP, and all safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintaining professional appearance and positive team collaboration at all times.

• Competitive Pay including shift differentials $3 per hour for Whipple Farm, $2 other venues when working between 4pm-9pm
