We are looking for hardworking, empathetic, and reliable individuals to join our mitigation team as Water and Fire Restoration Technicians. Whether you are a motivated rookie or a seasoned industry veteran, we want to hear from you.

• Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold calls across the Portland Metro area.
• Use professional‑grade drying equipment and moisture‑detection tools.
• Perform extraction, controlled demolition, and detailed cleaning.
• Provide world‑class service to homeowners during high‑stress situations.

• Entry / Intermediate: Starting at $20.00 – $23.00/hr (Based on experience).
• Lead / IICRC Certified Techs: Starting at $24.00/hr and UP (We pay for your expertise!).
• Plus:
  On‑call bonuses, overtime opportunities, and clear paths for raises.

• We Invest in You: We pay for your IICRC training and certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.).
• The "Personality Hire" Path: No experience? No problem. If you show up on time and care about people, we will train you.
• Modern Equipment: We provide the latest tools and tech so you can work smarter.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces).
• Must be able to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
