Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Foreside Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Carpenter to support the maintenance and improvement of our residential apartment communities. In this on-site role, you'll complete carpentry repairs, renovations, and unit turns, including doors, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and flooring. You'll respond to work orders, help with capital projects, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and attractive for residents. Working closely with our property management and maintenance teams, you'll prioritize quality workmanship, safety, and responsive service while contributing to clean, well-maintained, and welcoming communities across our Maine portfolio.
