WMFHA in Maine seeks a reliable maintenance technician to inspect and maintain facilities, perform repairs, and develop preventive measures to extend equipment life and reduce safety risks. 2+ years in maintenance and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are preferred.
You will document repairs, work on on-call rotations, and contribute to a safe, well-functioning building while delivering strong customer service. Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.
