Maintenance Technician

Foreside Real Estate Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support well-maintained, resident-focused apartment communities. In this on-site role, you will handle routine and emergency repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance work. You'll complete and prioritize work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep buildings, grounds, and common areas safe, clean, and fully functional. Working closely with property managers and residents, you'll provide timely, professional service that supports comfort, safety, and long-term asset care while gaining broad, hands-on experience in residential property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for residential apartment communities
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues within skill range
• Complete work orders efficiently while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly maintenance shops and storage areas
• Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and team members
• Accurately document work performed and update maintenance records
