As a result, the majority of our staff are hybrid and work both from home and onsite. Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager.

CAI seeks to inform, educate and enlighten our audience on both the news of the day and the news in historical context through in-depth, high quality journalism using the best tools and methods of the craft.

The Cape and Islands NPR Stations WCAI, WNAN and WZAI are WGBH's NPR Stations based in Woods Hole on Cape Cod. These radio stations broadcast news and information programs from NPR, PRI, the BBC as well as award winning locally produced content.

The Radio Producer will record Garden Lady host billboard, prepare her on-air guests via Zoom or phone, run the board, edit to prepare for podcast, convert to MP3 and upload podcast to Grove.

• Recording and editing audio
• Running the board
• Preparing show for podcast (editing and converting to MP3)
• Uploading show to podcast

• Must be proficient in digital editing.
• Familiarity with running the board
• Must have radio production skills
• Proficiency with audio recording.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Must have at least 3-5 years of radio, television or print/digital journalism experience. Must be a self-starter and able to work collaboratively with a small staff.
