The Steamship Authority is seeking a full-time Reservation & Customer Service Representative for its Mashpee Reservation Office. Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in PC applications, and a high school diploma. Starting pay is $20.40 per hour, increasing to $25.49 after 90 days with full benefits available.

Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends.
