Konker is recruiting for a Designer II to join a design‑led residential studio in Falmouth, MA.
This isn’t volume housing. This is high‑end, bespoke residential, the kind of homes designed to be lived in, loved, and passed down.
With 50+ people across three offices, they’ve built a strong reputation for thoughtful, well‑crafted homes, and they’re growing.
You’ll be involved from day one, concept sketches through to construction and site coordination.
This isn’t a drafting‑only position; you’ll contribute ideas, solve real design problems, and help deliver technically strong, beautifully detailed homes.
Designer II- Contribute to design development from concept through construction
- Produce detailed drawing packages and construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Support material research and specification
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence
- B.Arch or M.Arch (accredited)
- 5+ years’ experience, ideally high‑quality residential
- Strong technical ability, particularly in wood‑frame construction
- Confident in producing full construction documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite
- Revit knowledge is a plus
Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about good residential architecture and takes pride in getting the details right.
