The Premier Banker is a frontline client relationship manager serving a portfolio of mass affluent clients. The role involves proactive outreach, needs‑based conversation, and collaboration with internal partners to deliver banking solutions and maintain compliance.

• Attract, retain, and deepen relationships with new mass affluent clients through referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting.
• Provide consultative sales, including loan product conversations, application intake, and facilitate close‑outs.
• Use an advice‑based approach to review financial information, suggest appropriate solutions, and coordinate introductions to partners.
• Ensure excellent client service, review moderate‑complex concerns, and escalated issues when appropriate.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an active NMLS registration and comply with NMLS and SAFE Act regulations.
• Implement TD’s client identification and due‑diligence procedures per AML requirements.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors, commercial, small‑business, and lending partners to deepen client relationships.
• Co‑coach bank staff in presenting program value and generating Premier referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support performance metrics.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of financial or banking experience.
• Consultative sales experience required.
• Knowledge of retail and small‑business banking and experience with mass affluent or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Completion of Securities Industry Essentials Exam preferred;
  Life & Health license preferred.
• Active NMLS registration upon hire.

• Domestic travel occasional; international travel none.
• Perform sedentary work continuously.
• Occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Continuous reading, writing, and computer work.

• Position defined as loan originator under Regulation Z and SAFE Act; eligibility for NMLS registration required.
• Must pass background and credit check; certification regarding any criminal findings is required.
