Bellezza Salon Medspa is seeking a talented, professional, and passionate Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our luxury salon team.

We are looking for a stylist who takes pride in their craft, delivers exceptional client experiences, and enjoys working in a sophisticated, collaborative salon environment.

• Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, styling, blowouts, dimensional color, highlights, balayage, blonding, toning, and other customized color services.
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized recommendations based on each client's lifestyle, hair goals, and overall look.
• Maintain the highest standards of technical quality, professionalism, sanitation, and client care.
• Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend appropriate professional products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and actively encourage rebooking.
• Maintain a polished, clean, and organized workstation and contribute to the overall appearance of the salon.
• Stay current with evolving techniques, trends, products, and industry education.
• Participate in salon education, team meetings, photo opportunities, promotions, and special events.
• Represent the Bellezza brand professionally both in the salon and through social media.
• Collaborate respectfully with other Bellezza team members to create a seamless luxury guest experience.

• Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
• Professional experience as a Hair Stylist / Colorist preferred.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and hair color.
• Experience with balayage, dimensional color, blonding, and/or corrective color is a plus.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Passion for continued education and professional growth.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• A genuine passion for creating beautiful hair and exceptional client experiences.
