Woods Hole Golf Club is seeking friendly, organized, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Hosts/Hostesses. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming first impression.

Whether you’re experienced in hospitality or new to the industry, we offer a supportive, team driven environment where you can learn, grow, and be part of a professional private club with a strong sense of community.

Schedule: Day & evening shifts available; weekend availability required

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience

• Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Manage seating and assign tables efficiently to support smooth service flow
• Learn and recognize members’ names and preferences
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and assist with takeout orders
• Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand, entrance, and waiting areas
• Direct guests to dining areas, events, and private functions
• Communicate closely with management and service staff to coordinate seating
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Go above and beyond to accommodate special requests and enhance the member experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, polished, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Seasonal and local candidates encouraged to apply

• Ability to stand and move throughout the clubhouse for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
