Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.;
Begin food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.;
Date all food containers and rotate per company standards, keeping perishables at proper temperatures and checking pars for shift use.;
Return all food items not used on the next shift to designated storage areas, covering and dating perishables.;
Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen tools and equipment; follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
