Woods Hole Golf Club is now hiring service-driven, dependable servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are especially interested in local candidates seeking employment of up to 10 months who want to grow with a respected, member-focused private club.

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

Schedule: day & evening shifts; weekend availability required

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Ideal for individuals with flexible schedules – summer and extended seasonal availability

• Provide exceptional dining service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally
• Share knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas
• Complete side work and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• Assist with service during special events and golf-related functions

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
• Must be 18+ years old (per MA alcohol service laws)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• U.S. work authorization

• Primary work location:
  Clubhouse (occasional golf course service)
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and active environments
