As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills while building retailer relationships. You will optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations at local store teams.

• Starting hourly pay rate: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.
• Part‑time employees are eligible for voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) and receive annual pay increases.
• Variable schedule; average 7–11 hours per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays (which may include weekends) and for seasonal changeovers, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support: Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On certain holidays, work on the actual holiday day, including weekends.
• Department resets: Participate in teams responsible for installations, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Assignments are typically notified two weeks in advance and may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: Support other merchandiser teammates as needed across territories.

This is a physically demanding role requiring consistent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and stepping on ladders are part of the daily job.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital hand‑held device to read and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
