Sales Estimator – Commercial & Residential Services
Stewart Painting, a leading Cape Cod and South Shore painting contractor, is hiring an experienced Sales Estimator to join our fast‑growing team. The role focuses on leveraging our advanced sales system and warm leads from the inside sales team to close commercial and residential painting projects.
Responsibilities- Utilize the company sales system to manage leads and close sales.
- Work with warm leads generated by the inside sales team.
- Achieve a minimum annual salary of $75,000, with the first‑year target set at $125,000.
- Tech‑savvy – comfortable and quick with software tools.
- Strong attitude and resilience to complete the initial 4‑week training.
- Fast learner with high motivation and a willingness to meet ambitious sales goals.
- Background in sales or willingness to be trained in painting sales.
Pay range: $75,000 to $125,000, based on experience and performance.
