• Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Experience working on domestic and Asian vehicles (European experience is a plus)
• Pride in workmanship, attention to detail, and personal accountability

• A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment and testing procedures efficiently
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
