ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community. Welcome to Our Home – Fareham. A spacious bungalow with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9‑18).
We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.
- 1:1 support with young people
- ⏰ 4 × 10‑hour waking nights per week (rolling rota; some weekend work will be required)
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required (due to rural location of home)
- Permanent role
- Experienced with supporting children overnight
- Qualified with a Diploma in Child Care, or willing to work towards this
- Honest, kind & non‑judgmental
- Great with kids & teamwork
- Ready to laugh, listen & lift others up
