Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and handle customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
  • Keep the front of house safe, legal, and clean; address issues quickly and safely.
  • Perform financial controls as required.
