Key Responsibilities
As Catering Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operation, lead your team and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
Oversee daily service, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and smoothly.
Lead, motivate and develop your team, making sure everyone understands their responsibilities and expectations.
Plan staff rotas and support recruitment to ensure the operation is suitably staffed.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Manage stock levels, monitor usage and minimise waste.

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality.
