Fareham Borough Council is seeking a Housing Allocations and Sustainment Trainee to help local residents access and sustain suitable housing. The role offers hands-on experience across allocations, temporary accommodation and tenancy sustainment within a supportive team.
You’ll learn from experienced housing professionals, work with partners, and gradually take responsibility for frontline housing activities while developing ICT skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
