Ready to step up from engineer to lead? Would you like to run installations from drawings to handover, with your own team on site? Happy to travel across the UK, and overseas now and then?
You would lead air conditioning installations for an established building services contractor based in Hampshire. That means reading drawings and specifications, surveying sites, installing and commissioning split, multi-split and VRF or VRV systems, and handing them over, while guiding the junior engineers and labour on your sites. This is installation-led work, not a service round.
You'll need- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- F-Gas Category I
- At least three years since qualifying, on split, multi-split and VRF or VRV installations
- Some supervisory experience, and a full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work across the UK and abroad, and to obtain SC clearance
- Up to £44,000, depending on experience
- Van and fuel card
- Door to door travel paid, plus overtime rates
- Technical and manufacturer training, including Samsung, Mitsubishi and Daikin installer schemes
IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, First Aid at Work, or MOD, healthcare or commercial project experience are all a bonus.
