Accountant

Position Overview

We are seeking an Accountant to support financial operations through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations.

+ Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation.

+ Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.

+ Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

+ Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.

+ Prepare regulatory and financial reporting as needed.

+ Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

+ Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and operational goals.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

+ Professional accounting experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

+ Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Experience supporting audits and budgeting processes is preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
