- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.
- Prepare business and individual tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
- Provide accounting and financial advisory services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely financial guidance.
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry updates.
- Collaborate with team members to identify planning opportunities and improve client outcomes.
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or tax preparation experience.
- Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience preparing financial statements.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tax preparation software.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
