At Haga Kommer, great Senior Accountants do more than close the books. They help business owners understand their financial information, improve accounting processes, and make better decisions.

We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who is ready to take greater ownership of client relationships, strengthen their advisory skills, mentor others, and help continue building our growing Client Accounting Services practice.

• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, public accounting, or controller-level experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience with Quick Books Online, Quick Books Desktop, or similar accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
• Ability to identify accounting issues and develop practical solutions
• Interest in improving processes and helping build stronger systems
• Collaborative, team-first approach
• CPA or EA designation is a plus, but not required
