KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Administrative Services to join our Administrative & Office Experience organization.
Responsibilities- Provide a broad scope of administrative services to Partners / Managing Directors, including the following: managing calendars; coordinating meetings and events (client and internal); arranging catering and travel; providing engagement setup and client billing support; performing client and industry research; liaising with technology and other support teams; drafting letters, communications, presentations, and social media postings; assisting with marketing efforts, and providing other support/deliverables as needed
- Build relationships with internal and external clients; understand PMD priorities, projects, and preferences in order to meet expectations and add value; demonstrate professionalism and tact in all interactions; act as a liaison for PMDs with members of their teams, management, and external clients; handle confidential information with discretion
- Work with team members to navigate and solve day‑to‑day problems related to services, technology, relationships, or other issues, including collaborating with Digital Nexus or other internal teams/resources as appropriate
- Participate actively and constructively during Administrative Services team meetings and serve on internal project teams to grow knowledge and skills; contribute to the overall success of Administrative Services initiatives
- Prioritize competing requirements and/or deadlines effectively
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent experience, either in administrative services or customer service‑related role; industry knowledge in Audit, Tax, or Advisory professional services preferred
- Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred;
Minimum High School diploma or GED is required - Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the firm; able to build productive relationships with peers
- Strong trouble‑shooting and organizational skills and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; solid analytical / research skills including the ability to take initiative in identifying solutions and communicating findings; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; exceptional web‑based research skills and able to learn firm‑wide applications including GenAI
- Aptitude to promote a teaming culture with common goals and responsibilities as well as leverage strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives to maintain a high‑performing team
- Ability to work in the assigned Tysons office at least 3 days a week, and able to work overtime when required
