We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Care Coordinator to join our office team. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and caregivers are supported through excellent communication and scheduling coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences.
- Track and process new caregiver applicants, perform orientations and background checks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers – the Care Coordinator is often the first voice they hear.
- Prepare and organize documents, including physical and digital copies, for efficient office management.
- Accurately document all communications, schedule changes, and care updates in our internal system.
- Support the onboarding and training coordination of new caregivers, assisting where needed as a key administrative Care Coordinator.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, scheduler, or administrative assistant preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling or CRM software.
