We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Care Coordinator to join our office team. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and caregivers are supported through excellent communication and scheduling coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences.
  • Track and process new caregiver applicants, perform orientations and background checks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers – the Care Coordinator is often the first voice they hear.
  • Prepare and organize documents, including physical and digital copies, for efficient office management.
  • Accurately document all communications, schedule changes, and care updates in our internal system.
  • Support the onboarding and training coordination of new caregivers, assisting where needed as a key administrative Care Coordinator.
Who We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, scheduler, or administrative assistant preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling or CRM software.
  • A compassionate, team‑oriented attitude that reflects the Right at Home mission.
