What You Will Do:
- Greet and assist guests, customers, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reception desk duties, including phone calls, visitor check‑in, temporary badges, and parking access.
- Support daily mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and tracking.
- Maintain office and first‑aid supplies and help keep shared work areas organized.
- Assist with administrative projects, data entry, scanning, and other office support needs as assigned.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist employees, visitors, and customers in a professional manner.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to office needs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment such as copiers, mail meters, and shipping systems preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well with others, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Team Player – Works well as a member of a group.
- Enthusiastic – Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.
- Detail Oriented – Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
