Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to provide support to multiple departments in our office. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn new processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

* Schedule and confirm appointments.

* Field calls to the appropriate team members.

* Learn and assist with wholesale operations.

* Provide administrative support to Branch Manager.

* Help with project coordination, tracking, and documentation.

* Perform other general office duties as needed.
