Purchasing and 42nd Administrative Services

Full Time (80 hours/2 weeks) Monday-Friday Day Hours – infrequent on call evening/weekend hours required

The Purchasing and 42 nd Admin Services Support position provides clerical support to 42 nd Admin Services, including tasks such as word processing and data entry, file management, coordination of mail distribution and courier service, preparation of Diner bank deposits, and other assigned projects. This position also provides administrative support to the Purchasing and Central Supply departments on both Bethany campuses, including assistance with inventory control, back-up coverage for Central Supply Coordinators, and pick up of supply and equipment orders from local vendors.
