Pay $18-$22/hr shifts scheduled between 7:00am-6pm, Monday‑Saturday, working 48 hours per week.
The Luxury Service Express Technician is responsible for performing high‑quality, efficient maintenance and light repair work on luxury vehicles in a fast‑paced service environment. This entry‑to‑mid level position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the high service standards expected at a luxury dealership.
This role requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; and the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report is required.

Essential Functions And Accountabilities- Examine customer vehicles.
- Assist in diagnosing minor vehicle concerns and recommend service as needed.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Estimate cost of repairs.
- Perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid top‑offs, and multi‑point inspections.
- Document services performed.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Identify, recommend and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
- Ensure that each and every customer encounter is consistent.
- Prioritize work to meet demands and customer needs.
- Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines to ensure timely completion of all services to meet express lane goals.
- Request necessary parts.
- Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Must be able to work with co‑workers, communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians, and maintain a team attitude.
- Pass and maintain manufacturers required training levels.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
