As a Lube Technician at Valley Imports, you will work on luxury vehicles, performing high-quality, efficient maintenance, and light repair work in a fast-paced environment.

The pay ranges from $18-$22/hr the hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift. An extra day off is included during your rotation week.

Education and/or years’ experience required:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license
Essential Functions and Accountabilities
  • Aid in diagnosing minor vehicle concerns and suggest service as needed.
  • Inspect customer vehicles.
  • Perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
  • Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines to ensure timely completion of all services to meet express lane goals.
  • Identify, recommend and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Deliver a consistent experience for each customer.
  • Prioritize work to meet demands and customer needs.
  • Request necessary parts.
  • Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Must be able to work with co-workers, communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians, and maintain a team attitude.
  • Pass and maintain manufacturers required training levels.
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs Wallwork Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
  • Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
