Automotive Parts Counterperson

Mazda & Kia of Fargo is looking for an organized, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. • Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts
• Work closely with service technicians to supply parts needed for repairs
• Process customer, technician, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
• Receive, stock, label, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
• Communicate order status and estimated arrival times with customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

• Previous automotive parts, dealership, service department, or aftermarket parts experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems is a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
