As a Service Express Technician at Valley Imports, you will work on luxury vehicles, performing high-quality, efficient maintenance, and light repair work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay - $18-$22/hr monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift. An extra day off is included during your rotation week.
Qualifications
Education and/or years' experience required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license

Essential Functions and Accountabilities
- Aid in diagnosing minor vehicle concerns and suggest service as needed.
- Inspect customer vehicles.
- Perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
- Provide repair cost estimates.
- Document services performed.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines to ensure timely completion of all services to meet express lane goals.
- Identify, recommend and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Deliver a consistent experience for each customer.
- Prioritize work to meet demands and customer needs.
- Request necessary parts.
- Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Must be able to work with co-workers, communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians, and maintain a team attitude.
- Pass and maintain manufacturers required training levels.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
