Starion Insurance is growing and is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our Employee Benefits division by delivering high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners.

PositionEmployee Benefits Account Manager
LocationBismarck, North Dakota
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration and ongoing servicing of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, Medicare‑related products, and other ancillary benefits
- Assist with onboarding new benefit clients, coordinating data collection, carrier setup, and internal and external partner communications
- Manage day‑to‑day service requests such as eligibility changes, enrollments, terminations, billing questions, and basic claims assistance
- Coordinate annual renewal processes by gathering census information, preparing materials, and supporting client communications
- Provide administrative, scheduling, and meeting support to the Senior Employee Benefits Insurance Advisor. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑up summaries and help track action items and deadlines
- Serve as a liaison between clients, carriers, internal banking partners, and advisors to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and service tracking to support reporting, audits, and operational efficiency
- Three to five years of experience in employee benefits administration, insurance servicing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, relationship-focused environment
