Biometrics Analyst

Position Summary

Leidos is seeking a Biometrics Analyst in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) located in McLean, VA. The analyst will provide biometrics-enabled identity analysis and perform extensive searches in various biometric systems or repositories to formulate an identity resolution and adjudication analysis.

• Provide biometrics-enabled identity analysis.
• Search a variety of biometric systems or repositories (internal or external).
• Analyze and interpret biometric reports.
• Communicate findings to appointed stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous knowledge of biometric technologies, capabilities, and databases.

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience working with biometric systems.
• Experience performing biometric analysis.
• Experience analyzing IC data.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution.
• Experience with biometric and analytical tools and databases.

$73,450.00 – $ (general guideline)
