Highlights of your role
  • Lead Request For Quotation (RFQ) events, evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, and overall value.

  • Conduct high-risk negotiations with vendors and secure favorable terms while mitigating risk.

  • Provide strategic direction and recommendations for assigned commodities and categories.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and procurement processes to support long‑term business needs.

  • Build and manage commodity supplier partnerships by facilitating and leading strategic supplier conversations.

  • Advise the procurement team members to drive alignment and best practices.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.

  • 10‑15 years of experience in supply chain, leadership, project management, or a related field.

  • Expert negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Understanding of material quality requirements, processes, and procedures.

Also want to make sure you have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products.

  • Purchasing process and systems knowledge.

  • Professional certification (preferred).
