Job Description

Purpose Of Position This position is responsible for agronomy operations of products and services for The Arthur Companies.### Responsibilities
* Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology and build relationships with local growers
* Make seed, fertilizer and chemical recommendations
* Use integrated pest management techniques to determine treatment thresholds
* Work with the Agronomy leaders to identify practices that can be implemented to improve processes and outcomes
* Promote the features and benefits of all agronomy products and services, assist with over-the-counter sales, and assist with product delivery to customers
* Perform logistics and agronomy plant operations
* Utilize invoicing and inventory management systems
* Assist in inventory management procedures
* Maintain equipment and facility
* Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
* Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Perform agronomy operations, logistics and including assisting in the warehouse
* Work in and keep an environment that is compliant with state, local and ACI Environmental and Safety policy
* Custom Application if qualified and/or if the need arises
* Assist other departments as needed;### Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field
* Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL Class A license
* Proven ability to delivery exceptional customer service
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
