In this role, you'll collaborate with service teams, vendors, and internal departments to review warranty claims, interpret warranty policies, and provide guidance on claim processing. What You'll Do- Review repair orders and warranty claims to determine coverage eligibility, labor allowances, and parts reimbursement.
- Work closely with service departments to ensure warranty documentation and procedures are completed accurately.
- Answer questions regarding warranty coverage, claim processing, and vendor requirements.
- Process vendor credits and monitor outstanding claims.
- Research claim discrepancies and assist stores with appeals or additional submissions when appropriate.
- Review and administer vendor service letters and warranty campaigns.
- Maintain warranty information and resources used by service and sales teams.
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors to clarify warranty coverage and resolve claim issues.
- Help drive fair and accurate warranty recovery while supporting an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and technical information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional and collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in equipment, agriculture, heavy equipment, service operations, warranty administration, parts, or related industries.
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of equipment repair processes.
- Previous experience reviewing claims, invoices, work orders, or warranty documentation.
