Bloc Galleries is a numismatic and collectibles dealership specializing in United States and world banknotes, coins, and related material. We sell through eBay and run live auction and sales shows on Whatnot. Our business is built on authentic material, careful cataloging, and a live audience that keeps coming back because the shows are informative and fun.

We are looking for one person to own the production side of that business: getting the shows on air, getting the inventory listed, getting the customers taken care of, and getting the content out that brings new buyers to us.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will be the second face of the company. On show nights you are running the technical side and appearing on camera alongside the owner. On office days you are cataloging inventory, building listings, preparing grading submissions, answering customers, and producing the social content that drives the next show.

You do not need to know anything about coins or currency on day one. The owner is a career expert in this field and will train you. You do need to be genuinely curious, quick to learn, comfortable in front of a camera, and technically capable.

• Run OBS for Whatnot broadcasts, including scenes, overlays, sources, and transitions
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio routing for overhead and presenter shots
• Manage the technical run of show from setup through breakdown
• Diagnose and fix stream, audio, and video issues live without stopping the show
• Prepare show lots, lot order, and on-screen assets before each broadcast

• Co-host live shows with the owner, holding an engaging conversation about the material
• Present and describe items in a way that is accurate, energetic, and easy for new collectors to follow
• Read and respond to live chat in real time and keep the audience engaged

• Work directly with the owner to curate items for upcoming shows and listings
• Catalog inventory accurately, including attribution, grade notes, condition, and pricing inputs
• Photograph and prepare imagery of inventory for listings and promotional content
• Learn the fundamentals of numismatics and collectible valuation through direct training from the owner

• Prepare and submit material to PMG and PCGS, including submission forms, tiering, packaging, insurance, and shipping
• Track submissions in progress, follow up on turnaround, and log results on return
• Maintain records that tie graded results back to inventory and cost basis

• Create and post new buy it now listings on both eBay and Whatnot
• Optimize titles, keywords, item specifics, categories, and photography to improve search visibility and conversion
• Maintain and refresh existing listings, manage pricing updates, and keep inventory current
• Monitor listing performance and report on what is selling and what is not

• Answer buyer questions on Whatnot, eBay, and social channels promptly and professionally
• Handle order questions, shipping questions, returns, and post-sale follow up
• Protect our seller ratings and reputation on every platform

• Produce and post preview content for upcoming shows to build anticipation and grow followers
• Cut and publish highlight videos from shows to You Tube and other social platforms
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence across channels and grow follower counts on each
• Track what content drives show attendance and adjust accordingly

• Serve as the owner's primary point of contact for collector, dealer, and wholesale clients
• Respond on the owner's behalf on routine matters while he is engaged in restoration and conservation work
• Route pricing decisions and negotiations to the owner and follow through on what is agreed
