- Manage development elements of biomanufacturing projects supporting client programs and services
- Oversee complex biomanufacturing projects using department standards and tools
- Collaborate with Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Program Managers, and clients
- Maintain project timeline data and communicate project status updates
- Manage project changes and ensure timely achievement of key milestones
- Track and drive completion of action items and project deliverables
- Proactively identify obstacles and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solutions
- Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks with internal and external stakeholders
- Preserve and strengthen professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer is preferred
- Proven experience successfully leading relevant departments and/or managing complex projects
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Smart Sheet, One Note, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 10% or more
- CDMO environment experience is a plus
