The McNulty Leadership Program (MLP) at the Wharton School develops transformative leaders through undergraduate, MBA, executive, and interdisciplinary programming that integrates leadership development, experiential learning, and real-world engagement across Penn and beyond.
The Business Manager serves as the primary financial operations and administrative lead supporting the McNulty Leadership Program. This position oversees a diverse portfolio of financial and administrative operations supporting multiple leadership programs. This role partners closely with program leadership, Wharton Finance & Administration, and Human Resources to ensure accurate financial processing, operational effectiveness, compliance with University policies, and continuous improvement of business processes and resource management.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex operational challenges, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
