We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial concrete projects. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and upholding safety standards on site. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive concrete experience, and the ability to manage multiple active job sites while keeping projects on track and teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily on-site concrete operations, including crew coordination, task sequencing, and productivity
- Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with Project Managers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
- Monitor schedules and proactively address issues to maintain timelines across multiple projects
- Lead and support field crews, promoting teamwork, accountability, and high-quality workmanship
- Enforce safety policies and jobsite compliance at all times
- Assist with site logistics, equipment needs, and material deliveries
- Review plans and drawings to ensure proper execution in the field
- Track daily progress and provide updates to leadership and project teams
- Support problem-solving in real time to minimize delays and rework
- 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of concrete methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
- Experience maintaining schedules and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple crews or job sites
- Strong relationship-building skills with crews, subcontractors, and project partners
- Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and best practices
- Basic proficiency with jobsite documentation and reporting tools
- Primarily field-based with some coordination and reporting responsibilities
- Ability to work extended hours as needed based on project schedules
