We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Tilt‑up and Pre‑Cast concrete to oversee large‑scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in building shell structures and managing multiple subcontractors and craft laborers. • Oversee the construction of shell structures using Tilt‑up and Pre‑Cast concrete techniques.
• Manage large‑scale projects with budgets over $50 million.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and manage a workforce of over 50 craft laborers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Strong background in Tilt‑up and Pre‑Cast concrete.
• Experience in building shell structures.
• Ability to manage large‑scale projects and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Expertise in excavation and concrete pouring.
• Strong understanding of concrete and structural steel.

• Proven multitasking abilities.
• Experience with projects worth over $50 million.
• Strong leadership skills in managing a large team.

This position involves working outside on‑site, managing construction projects in dynamic environments. The role requires adaptability to outdoor conditions and the ability to oversee operations on large‑scale construction sites.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $ per year.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo, ND.
