Construction Foreman-Pipe crew

Overview

Now hiring for the 2026 season! Border States Paving, Inc., a Fargo, ND based asphalt paving company, is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman
.

• Assist with training, supervising and scheduling labor and equipment resources on a daily basis to meet construction schedule.
• Observe work in progress and provide guidance and direction on work procedures and techniques for quality job completion.
• Prepare accident and injury reports, review and sign daily time sheets, monitor equipment maintenance on assigned jobs.
• Ability and willingness to work within a large geographic area.

High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred. Working knowledge (2-5 years) with hands-on-heavy asphalt paving and base operations desired. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and supervision skills necessary. Sufficient computer/software skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
