About the Role

Project Manager Opportunity with a top‑tier commercial and government contractor. Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year. Our client is a growing commercial construction firm specializing in complex renovations, healthcare environments, government facilities, and other commercial projects. • Lead and manage commercial and government construction projects from preconstruction, through construction, to closeout.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor management.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, leading meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.

• Coordinate field teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and contract administration requirements.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to field teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.
• Experience working in occupied or regulated environments such as healthcare or government facilities is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
